There are times when you need uninterrupted time to accomplish a task or to not be bothered. One of the tools that you can use to accomplish this is setting your phone on Do Not Disturb. It can also be helpful to enable this feature when you are in either an in-person meeting while in your office or while on a Zoom or Teams call. Thankfully, there are 4 ways to accomplish this:
- Press the DND softkey on your phone (Next to the New Call and Directory soft keys). When you enable this, the DND icon will be displayed next to your extension:
2. Toggle the Do not disturb slider in your Comcast VoiceEdge app on your desktop.
3. Toggle the Do not disturb slider in your Comcast VoiceEdge mobile app on your phone.
4. Log into your Comcast VoiceEdge portal by navigating to https://business.comcast.com in your web browser. From your main Business VoiceEge user dashboard, scroll down to the Do Not Disturb section and slide the toggle switch to On.
When o not disturb is enabled on your Comcast VoiceEdge phone and number, your phone will not ring. Callers will be sent to your voicemail box.
