As many of you know, we recently revamped the ARM Group website. Our old site had a link to allow employees to log into their work email from home, or a remote computer. However, the new site does not. Follow the steps below to log into Microsoft 365 remotely from any internet-connected computer.
- Navigate to Office.com (Alternatively, you can log into login.microsoftonline.com, but Office.com is easier to remember.) Click the Sign-in link in the upper right-hand corner. This will take you to the sign-in page for Microsoft 365.
- Type your ARM (or geoscience.us) email address into the Sign-in box. (Note, if you have a personal Outlook.com or Hotmail.com address, be sure that it isn’t auto-filling your personal address.) Click the Next button.
- Type in your network password. This is the same password that you use to log into your computer.
- If you are prompted to stay signed in, click Yes or No. If you click Yes, then you won’t have to type in your password every time, but this is much less secure, especially on a home computer. It is advisable to click No.
- Once you are logged in, click on the Outlook icon on the left-hand pane to open Outlook online (aka email)
Please send an email to help@armgroup.net if you have any questions or experience any issues with the above steps.
